Pizzeria

Founded on the 1923 by Leone’s cousins, this pizzeria takes its name from a theatre where Neapolitan and Italian artists show their selves over the years.
Totò, Macario and Nino Taranto, very popular artists in that time, came in this pizzeria attracted from a very good smell arrived just until the theatre. They tested their famous pizza called “a ruota del carretto” (wheel of cart) for its huge dimension. American and Japanese important food reviews have defined that pizza “the best in the world”. Trianon pizzeria is an obligate destination for Neapolitan people but for tourists too.

Since ninety years pizzeria management has never changed, Ciro and Georgina Leone’s successors are the witness of a long pizza-workers tradition, since 1923, and they are the only good pizza custodians procedures since three generations. Even if the pizza-workers who work with the owners and they make pizza everyday, they really don’t know its secret.
Original Neapolitan pizza is a real and healthy aliment, made of best flour and natural risen. If many Neapolitan pizzeria represent a real institution, Ciro Trianon is a really one of them.
